Shipping policy
At Popseekl, shipping is managed directly by our network of partner sellers. This means that the fulfilment and delivery of your order are handled by the partners who provide the products. Depending on the items you purchase, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, each from a different partner, and therefore arrive at different times. To keep you informed, you will receive tracking information for each individual shipment as it is processed and dispatched. Below, you’ll find key details about our shipping process, including fulfilment times, shipping costs, and delivery expectations.
Shipment by Popseekl Partners
Shipping is carried out directly by Popseekl’s partners (brands & stores). This means that your order may be fulfilled by multiple partners, depending on the products you have purchased. As a result, you might receive the items in your order through separate shipments and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it is processed and dispatched.
Fulfilment time
Typically, Popseekl’s Partners dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Made to Order Products. For made-to-order or custom products, the fulfilment time may be longer. These items are specially crafted, and their fulfilment time will vary depending on the product. Please refer to the product page for specific fulfilment times.
Delivery time
Popseekl Partners use reliable, top-tier couriers and to opt for Express Shipping to ensure timely delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the Partner’s one, but once the order is fulfilled you can expect to receive it

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the moment the order is dispatched. Please note that Popseekl is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or failed payments but will make every effort to minimize them.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on both the customer’s location and the location of the Popseekl partner fulfilling the order. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on these factors.
Customs duties
For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes and duties may apply. These fees are not included in the final price at checkout and must be covered by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
Customs duties are typically charged once the shipment arrives in the destination country. Unfortunately, Popseekl has no control over these charges and cannot provide specific estimates, as customs regulations vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering any customs charges, even in cases where the parcel is refused due to high duties or taxes.
Free shipping
Popseekl offers free shipping for orders that meet specific thresholds, which vary by region. Below are the free shipping thresholds based on the customer’s location:

Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/push notification with tracking information. Also, tracking information will always be accessible on the Order screen of your Popseekl mobile app.
You can track your shipment by clicking on the tracking link in the email, or by entering your tracking number on the courier's website.
