Returns
The Vibe ships worldwide. Shipping in Italy is free, for all other countries it is calculated at check out. Taxes and customs duties for non-EU countries are not included and are charged to the customer. We recommend that you contact your local Customs Office for an estimate. If you wish to make a return, please write an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order. The return is free in Italy, our Customer Service will send you a shipping label and provide all the necessary information. For all other States, the return is the responsibility of the buyer, the Customer Service will assist you in the procedure. Return your garment in the same condition in which it was delivered by The Vibe, complete with original box and dust bag. You will be contacted as soon as we receive your return.
